I have years of experience working with individuals and couples to complete their estate planning. I take the time to talk through issues related to estate planning and answer all your questions, such as:

• Is a will or a trust right for me?
• How do I appoint someone to address my medical decisions if I am unable to?
• How do I arrange for someone to oversee my financial accounts if I am not in a position to?

I can work with you to decide which approach to estate planning best fits your circumstances and can assist in drafting trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives.

My goal in estate planning is to prepare for all possible outcomes and to help you take steps now that will minimize conflict and controversy among family members down the line.

I understand that many individuals are unable to travel to my office to meet or execute estate planning documents. I am typically willing to travel to my clients along the Wasatch Front or in the Uintah Basin to meet, or we will make other arrangements. Also, in the event of an urgent situation or emergency, I am available to draft necessary documents to meet your needs within a very short time period to ensure that you are protected to the greatest extent possible.
